days, to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Telecommand (TT&C) operations necessary to drift the Galaxy 12 space station from the 129.0º W.L.
orbital location to the 133.3º W.L. orbital location and to drift the space station from the 133.3º W.L. orbital location to the 133.0º W.L. orbital
location, using the following frequencies: 6424.5 MHz (Earth-to-space; right-hand circular and horizontal polarization); 4198 MHz
(space-to-Earth; left-hand circular and vertical polarization); and 4199.875 MHz (space-to-Earth; left-hand circular and vertical polarization).
PanAmSat is also authorized to operate the Galaxy 12 space station in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space)
frequencies to provide fixed-satellite service temporarily from the 133.3º W.L. orbital location, during Galaxy 12's drift between the 133.3º W.L.
and 133.0º W.L. orbital locations, and while located at the 133.0º W.L. orbital location.

station-keeping box. PanAmSat is also authorized, for a period of 14 days, to operate the communications payload aboard the Galaxy 15 space
station in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands outside the +/-0.05º east/west
station-keeping box. PanAmSat's request to operate the communications payload in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands outside the +/-0.05º east/west station-keeping box for up to 30 days is denied.
