On April 2, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, authority to Intelsat North America LLC to operate the Intelsat 25 space station
at the at 31.5º W.L. orbital location using the 3400-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 11450-11700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 12250-12750 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 5845-6645 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 13750-14500 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands to provide Fixed-Satellite Service
(FSS).

On April 6, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of PanAmSat Licensee Corp. for special temporary authority for a
period of 60 days, commencing on April 6, 2010, to drift its C-band space station, Galaxy 12 to - and to operate it temporarily at - the 129.0 º
W.L. orbital location. Accordingly, PanAmSat is authorized to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Command operations necessary to drift Galaxy
12 from the 122.9º W.L. orbital location to the 129.0º W.L. orbital location using the following frequencies: 4198.0 and 4199.875 MHz (Vertical/
space-to-Earth); 4198.0 and 4199.875 MHz (Left-Hand Circular Polarization/space-to-Earth); 6424.5 MHz (Horizontal/Earth-to-space); and
6425.5 MHz (Right-Hand Circular Polarization/Earth-to-space). Additionally, PanAmSat is authorized to operate Galaxy 12 in the 3700-4200
MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands to provide fixed-satellite service (FSS) temporarily from the 129.9º
W.L. orbital location once it arrives at that location.

On April 8, 2010, the Bureau determined that Intelsat North America LLC met the launch and operation milestone associated with the
authorization for the Intelsat 16 satellite at the 58.1 W.L. orbital location. The Bureau previously found that Intelsat had met the first three
milestones. Consequently, Intelsat may release the bond associated with this authorization as provided in the Amendment of the
Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket
No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on
Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004).
