The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20100316-00048 E S2804 Intelsat North America LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 03/19/2010 On March 19, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, Intelsat North America LLC special temporary authority for a period of 14 days to conduct in-orbit testing of the Intelsat 25 space station at the 31.5º W.L. orbital location using the 14000-14500 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 12250-12750 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands. SAT-STA-20100319-00051 E S2797 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 03/19/2010 On March 19, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to continue operating the DIRECTV 12 space station at the 76 W.L. orbital location . Operations pursuant to this authorization shall be in accordance with conditions imposed as part of DIRECTV 12's authorization to operate at this orbital location granted on February 2, 2010.
