Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 03/08/2010 On March 8, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat License Corp. for a period of 14 days, to perform tracking, telemetry, and telecommand (TT&C) functions with the Intelsat 4 satellite, Call Sign S2461, to boost the satellite to a disposal orbit above the geostationary arc at end of life. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 03/18/2010 Nature of Service: International Fixed Satellite Service On March 18, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp., for a period of 60 days, to continue to operate Intelsat 1R temporarily at the 50.0º W.L. orbital location. SAT-STA-20100312-00045 E S2804 Intelsat North America LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 03/15/2010 On March 15, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat North America LLC to conduct in-orbit testing of the Intelsat 25 space station at the 31.5º W.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 5925-6425 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands. The grant also authorized Intelsat to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand (TT&C) operations for Intelsat 25 via an earth station located outside the United States using the following frequencies: 6419.0 (Earth-to-space), 5850.5 (Earth-to-space), 4198.5 (space-to-Earth), and 3630.0 (space-to-Earth).
