days, to continue to operate Intelsat 1R temporarily at the 50.0º W.L. orbital location.

On March 15, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat North America LLC to conduct
in-orbit testing of the Intelsat 25 space station at the 31.5º W.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 5925-6425 MHz
(space-to-Earth) frequency bands. The grant also authorized Intelsat to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand (TT&C) operations for
Intelsat 25 via an earth station located outside the United States using the following frequencies: 6419.0 (Earth-to-space), 5850.5 (Earth-to-space),
4198.5 (space-to-Earth), and 3630.0 (space-to-Earth).
