space station during the drift from the 31.5º W.L. orbital location to the 29.5º W.L. orbital location and to operate temporarily the Fixed-Satellite
Service C- and Ku-band communications payloads while at the 29.5 º W.L. orbital location. Specifically, Intelsat is authorized to use the
following TT&C frequencies for these operations: 3947.5 MHz (RHCP), 3948.0 MHz (RHCP), 3952.0 (RHCP), and 3952.5 MHz (RHCP)
(space-to-Earth); 6173.7 MHz (LHCP) and 6176.3 MHz (RHCP) (Earth-to-space). During the drift, Intelsat is authorized to operate the C-band
communications payload in the 3625-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5850-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands in order to ensure
continuity of service to existing customers. After completion of the drift, Intelsat is authorized to operate the C- and Ku-band communications
