Nature of Service:        International Fixed Satellite Service


On January 27, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp. to continue to
operate its C- and Ku-band space station, Intelsat 3R, at the 43.1° W.L. orbital location for a period of 30 days. Accordingly, PanAmSat is
authorized to continue to operate the Intelsat 3R space station at the 43.1° W.L. orbital location and to provide Fixed-Satellite Services in the
3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and
14.00-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On January 22, 2010, the Bureau determined that Intelsat North America LLC met the launch and operation milestone associated with the
authorization for the Intelsat 15 satellite at the 85.15 E.L. orbital location. Accordingly, the requirement for Intelsat to file a bond pursuant
to condition 13.b. of the authorization for Intelsat 15 no longer applies, as provided in the Amendment of the Commission's Space Station
Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd
10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth
Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004).
