Special Temporary Authority

On January 21, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC for special temporary authority to
conduct in-orbit testing of the RB-2A space station, Call Sign S2796, at the 76 degree W.L. orbital location using the 17.3-17.8 GHz
(space-to-Earth) and 24.75-25.15 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. This authorization is for a period of 30 days, commencing on the date
that the RB-2A space station arrives at the 76 degree W.L. orbital location.

Special Temporary Authority

On January 21, 2010, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority, with conditions, to Sirius XM Radio Inc. to continue to operate
23 terrestrial repeaters having an average Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of up to 2000 watts for use on the Sirius network
(2320-2332.5 MHz), and to continue to operate two terrestrial repeaters having an average EIRP of up to 2000 watts for use on the XM network
(2332.5-2345 MHz), at various locations throughout the United States, for a period of 180-days, commencing on December 15, 2009.

Special Temporary Authority

On January 15, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Iridium LLC for testing and operation of its
Mobile Satellite Service system, Call Sign S2110, in 1.775 megahertz of spectrum (from 1616-1617.775 MHz) for a period ending February 4,
2010. The authorization is in support of relief efforts in Haiti.

Special Temporary Authority

On January 18, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio Inc. to provide emergency
radio broadcast programming in Haiti via the Sirius satellite network for a period ending February 17, 2010. The authorization is in support of
relief efforts in Haiti.

Commission's rules governing ex parte communications, effective January 21, 2010. We find that designating this proceeding as
"permit-but-disclose" will facilitate communications with the parties. See 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.1200(a), 1.1206 and 1.1208 note 2.

On January 21, 2010, the Satellite Division granted the motion of Skynet Satellite Corporation to designate the above-captioned proceeding
as "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the Commission's rules governing ex parte communications. Accordingly, IBFS File Number
SAT-LOA-20080910-00174 is designated as "permit-but-disclose" proceedings under the Commission's ex parte rules, effective January 21,
2010. We find that designating this proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" will facilitate communications with the parties. See 47 C.F.R. §§
1.1200(a), 1.1206 and 1.1208 note 2.
