                                          Satellite Space Applications Accepted for Filing
The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Special Temporary Authority


Intelsat North America LLC requests special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, to continue operating the Intelsat 706 space station in
the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz, (space-to-Earth),
12.50-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at the 54.85° E.L. orbital location. Intelsat states that the
proposed operations shall be in accordance with the ITU filings of the Indian Administration and the conditions imposed as part of prior
authorizations for the Intelsat 706 to operate at this orbital location. See IBFS File Nos. SAT-MOD-20081124-00218,
SAT-STA-20090807-00082, SAT-STA-20090923-00099, SAT-STA-20090929-00100, and SAT-STA-20091222-00148.
