The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Satellite CD Radio, Inc. seeks to modify the authorization for its FM-1, FM-2, and FM-3 non-geostationary satellite orbit (NGSO) system in order
to extend the license term by seven years, through February 11, 2017. As part of its application, Satellite CD Radio also requests authority to
deorbit the FM-1, FM-2, and FM-3 space stations at the end of useful life.

Special Temporary Authority


Sirius XM Radio Inc. (Sirius XM) requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to continue to operate 25 terrestrial repeaters with
an average effective isotropically radiated power (EIRP) up to 2000 watts at specified locations throughout the United States. Sirius XM will
operate these repeaters within the 2320-2345 MHz frequency band, which is assigned for Sirius XM's exclusive use to provide Satellite Digital
Audio Radio Service (SDARS).
