The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Special Temporary Authority


Sirius XM Radio Inc. requests special temporary authority to operate two existing terrestrial repeaters in Puerto Rico for a period of 180 days at
heights different from those previously authorized by the Commission. See Sirius XM Radio Inc., Order and Authorization, IBFS File No.
SAT-STA-20081027-00210 (Int’l Bur., Sept. 11, 2009). Sirius XM proposes to operate each terrestrial repeater with an average Effective
Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of up to 2000 watts for use in the 2320-2332.5 MHz frequency band allocated for the Satellite Digital Audio
Radio Service (SDARS).

Special Temporary Authority


On November 4, 2009, Sirius XM Radio Inc. filed a request for special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to continue to operate two
Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) terrestrial repeaters at power levels of up to 800 watts equivalent isotropically radiated power
(EIRP) (average) at the Delphi Corp. plant in Kokomo, IN. Sirius XM Radio proposes to operate one of the repeaters in the 2320-2332.5 MHz
frequency band for use on the Sirius network and proposes to operate the other repeater in the 2332.5-2345 MHz frequency band for use on the
XM network.
