SAT-STA-20091006-00105 E DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/22/2009 On October 22, 2009, the Satellite Division granted, subject to conditions, special temporary authority to DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, for a period of 30 days to operate the DIRECTV 11 satellite (Call Sign: S2640) from the 99.225° WL orbital location in order to conduct in-orbit testing using the 17.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 25.15 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequencies.
