On October 7, 2009, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, Sirius XM Radio Inc.’s request for special temporary authority to operate six
terrestrial repeaters for a period of 180 days with an effective isotropically radiated power (EIRP) of up to 2000 watts at specified locations
throughout the United States. The repeaters will operate in the 2320-2345 MHz frequency band allocated exclusively to the use of the Satellite
Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS).

Special Temporary Authority
Grant of Authority                                                                                                  Effective Date:      10/06/2009



On October 6, 2009, the Satellite Division granted the request of Intelsat North America LLC for special temporary authority to continue
operating the Intelsat 706 space station at the 54.85° E.L. orbital location for a period of 30 days commencing on October 6, 2009. Operations
pursuant to this authorization shall be in accordance with conditions imposed as part of Intelsat 706's authorization to operate at this orbital
location granted on March 20, 2009. See IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20081124-00218 (grant stamp, dated March 20, 2009).
