access to the United States to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via the NSS-9 space station at the 177º W.L. orbital location using the extended
C-band frequencies of 3625-3700 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5850-5925 MHz (Earth-to-space).

Intelsat 11 space station to the 43.0º W.L. orbital location and to provide Fixed Satellite Service in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
5925-6425 (Earth-to-space), 10.70-11.45 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.75-13.25 (Earth-to-space) and 13.75-14.00 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
bands at that location.

On July 1, 2007, the Policy Branch granted, subject to conditions, the application filed by New Skies Satellites B.V., to modify the Commission's
Permitted Space Station List (Permitted List) authorization for the NSS-9 space station in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425
MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at the 177º W.L. orbital location to reflect an altered frequency channel plan for certain transponders on
the space station. All of the conditions associated with NSS-9's Permitted List authorization (see IBFS File No. SAT-PPL-20080811-00152, as
amended by SAT-APL-20081212-00230 (granted February 10, 2009)) continue to apply.

On July 9, 2009, the Policy Branch granted, subject to conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio Inc. to operate, for a period of
60 days, four terrestrial repeaters having an average Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of up to 2000 watts for use on the XM
network (2332.5-2345 MHz) and one terrestrial repeater having an average EIRP of up to 2000 watts for use on the Sirius network (2320-2332.5
MHz) in Cincinnati, Ohio, as set forth in Sirius XM's application.

On July 1, 2007, the Policy Branch removed the NSS-5 space station from the Permitted List as it is no longer operating at the 177º W.L.
orbital location specified in the Permitted List.
