On May 13, 2009, the Policy Branch granted, subject to conditions, the request of Intelsat North America LLC to perform tracking, telemetry, and
command functions with the Intelsat 704 satellite, for a period of 30 days commencing on May 22, 2009, to execute end-of-life maneuvers
boosting the satellite to a disposal orbit above the geostationary arc.

On May 13, 2009, the Policy Branch granted, subject to conditions, the request of Sirius XM Radio Inc. for special temporary authority for 180
days to operate two terrestrial repeaters in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania: one terrestrial repeater having an average Effective Isotropically Radiated
Power (EIRP) of up to 1000 watts for use on the Sirius network (2320-2332.5 MHz); and one terrestrial repeater having an average EIRP of up to
2000 watts for use on the XM network (2332.5-2345 MHz).
