Modification Grant of Authority Effective Date: 04/27/2009 Nature of Service: Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service On April 27, 2009, the Policy Branch granted the application of Satellite CD Radio, Inc. to modify its FM-6 satellite authorization to reflect an updated orbital debris mitigation plan. INFORMATIVE SAT-AMD-20031118-00331 S2388 Intelsat LLC By letter dated April 29, 2009, New Skies Satellite N.V. withdrew its Petition for Reconsideration (filed March 23, 2004) of the Commission’s grant of authority to Intelsat LLC to operate the Intelsat 702 satellite at the 54.85 W.L. orbital location (IBFS File No. SAT-AMD-20031118-00331, granted Feb. 23, 2004).
