The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. INFORMATIVE SAT-LOA-20070105-00001 S2723 EchoStar Satellite Operating L.L.C. On March 13, 2009, EchoStar Satellite Operating L.L.C. filed a $3 million dollar bond, payable to the U.S. Treasury, as required by its space station authorization to launch and operate a satellite at the 62.15º W.L. orbital location. SAT-LOA-20070105-00003 S2725 EchoStar Satellite Operating L.L.C. On March 13, 2009, EchoStar Satellite Operating L.L.C. filed a $3 million dollar bond, payable to the U.S. Treasury, as required by its space station authorization to launch and operate a satellite at the 75.0º W.L. orbital location.
