Date Filed: 02/17/2009 10:49:52:75600 Modification On February 17, 2009, XM Radio Inc. filed a modification application request for a five-year extension term of its license for the XM-1 space station through May 31, 2014. SAT-MOD-20090309-00034 E S2469 Intelsat North America LLC Date Filed: 03/09/2009 15:32:43:68300 Modification Intelsat North America LLC (Intelsat) requests authority to modify the authorization for its Galaxy 26 space station in order to relocate the space station to, and to operate it at, the 50.75º E.L. orbital location, rather than its currently assigned orbital location of 93.0º W.L. Intelsat seeks to operate Galaxy 26 in the conventional C- and Ku-bands at the 50.75º E.L. orbital location (3700-4200 MHz, 5925-6425 MHz, 11.7-12.2 GHz, and 14.0-14.5 GHz). Intelsat also seeks waiver, to the extent necessary, of Section 25.202(g) of the Commission's rules.
