On March 25, 2009, the Policy Branch granted, with conditions, the application of ViaSat, Inc., as amended by SAT-AMD-20081203-00220, to
change the technical parameters of its VIASAT-KA1 satellite, which is authorized to operate at the 77.3° W.L. orbital location. ViaSat is
authorized to relocate its telecommand functions from the 28.35-28.6 GHz frequency band to one megahertz of bandwidth at each of 29,500.5
MHz and 29,503.0 MHz center frequencies, and to relocate its telemetry functions from the 18.3-18.8 GHz frequency band to one megahertz of
bandwidth at each of the 19,701.0 MHz and 19,703.0 MHz center frequencies. This authorization is subject to the terms of ViaSat’s initial
authorization (IBFS File Nos. SAT-LOA-20070314-00051, SAT-MOD-20071204-00168) and the technical specifications set forth in the
application.

On March 25, 2009, the Policy Branch granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corporation for a period of 30
days, commencing on March 25, 2009, to perform tracking, telemetry and command (TT&C) with the Galaxy 4R satellite in order to execute
end-of-life maneuvers boosting the satellite to a disposal orbit above the geostationary arc.
