SAT-STA-20090220-00028 E S2469 Intelsat North America LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 02/20/2009 On February 20, 2009, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat North America LLC for special temporary authority, for a period of 30 days commencing on February 20, 2009, to add ranging frequencies and to revise the command frequencies that are being used to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Command operations with the Galaxy 26 space station as part of the drift of the space station from the 93.0º W.L. orbital location to the 50.75º E.L. orbital location.
