                                          Satellite Space Applications Accepted for Filing
The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Special Temporary Authority


On January 26, 2009, XM Radio Inc. filed a request for special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to operate a new satellite digital
audio radio service (SDARS) terrestrial repeater at power levels of up to 2,000 W equivalent isotropically radiated power (EIRP) (average) at the
Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. This repeater will operate in the 2332.5-2345 MHz frequency band for use on the XM network. This
repeater will replace an existing, previously authorized, XM network repeater, Las Vegas 003A, that is no longer in use.

Special Temporary Authority


On February 10, 2009, Sirius XM Radio Inc. filed a request for special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to operate two new satellite
digital audio radio service (SDARS) terrestrial repeaters at power levels of up to 800W equivalent isotropically radiated power (EIRP) (average)
at the Delphi Corp. plant in Kokomo, IN. One of the repeaters will operate in the 2320-2332.5 MHz frequency band for use on the Sirius network
and the other repeater will operate in the 2332.5-2345 MHz frequency band for use on the XM network. These repeaters will replace an existing,
previously authorized, Sirius repeater.
