SAT-APL-20090115-00005 E Inmarsat plc Date Filed: 01/15/2009 11:48:48:54000 Amendment to PDR/PPL Inmarsat plc amends its pending request to modify the "ISAT List" to reflect the resumed L-band operations of the Inmarsat 3F4 satellite at the 54° W.L. orbital location. See IBFS File No. SAT-PPL-20090107-00003. In particular, the amendment includes an amended technical description of the Inmarsat I3F4 satellite. SAT-PPL-20090107-00003 E S2783 Inmarsat plc Date Filed: 01/07/2009 14:58:29:89000 Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List Inmarsat plc requests that the Commission modify the "ISAT List" to reflect the resumed L-band operations of the Inmarsat 3F4 at the 54º W.L. orbital location. CORRECTIONS SAT-LOA-20080416-00085 S2750 Intelsat LLC The description of the application associated with Call Sign: S2750 contained an error. Report No. SAT-00537, rel. July 11, 2008, inadvertently omitted the 13.75-14.0 GHz frequency band (Earth-to-space) as part of the request by Intelsat North America, LLC for authority to construct, launch and operate a Fixed Satellite Service (FSS) space station at the 58.1° W.L. orbital location.
