The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20080616-00121 E EchoStar Corporation Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/31/2008 On October 31, 2008, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, EchoStar Corporation's request for special temporary authority for a period of 180 days commencing on October 31, 2008, to continue operating the tracking, telemetry, and command (TT&C) necessary to maintain the EchoStar 8 satellite at the 77° W.L. orbital location, and to operate the EchoStar 8 satellite at that location. SAT-STA-20081014-00204 E ORBCOMM License Corp. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/30/2008 On October 30, 2008, the Satellite Division granted with conditions, ORBCOMM License Corp.'s request for special temporary authority for a period of 60 days commencing on October 14, 2008, to continue testing and evaluation of dynamic operational use of two alternate 50 kHz gateway earth station downlink channels centered on 137.225 MHz and 137.695 MHz.
