On October 10, 2008, the Satellite Policy Branch granted with conditions, PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s request for special temporary authority for
a period of 14 days commencing on November 5, 2008, to stop the drift of Galaxy 11 at the 32.5 E.L. orbital location and to conduct tests at that
location prior to continuing the drift of the satellite to the 32.8 E.L. orbital location.

On October 29, 2008, the Satellite Policy Branch granted with conditions, Intelsat North America LLC 's request for special temporary authority
for a period of 30 days commencing on October 29, 2008, to continue operating the tracking, telemetry, and command (TT&C) payload on its
MARISAT-F2 satellite to perform end of life maneuvers boosting the satellite to a disposal orbit above the geostationary arc in accordance with
the terms, technical specifications set forth in its application, the attachment to the grant and the Commission's rules.
