On August 25, 2008, the Policy Branch granted with conditions, for a period of 30 days commencing August 25, 2008, PanAmSat Licensee
Corp.’s (PanAmSat) request for special temporary authority to operate its C- and Ku-band satellite, Galaxy 11, at the 92.9° W.L. orbital location
in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7 to 12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands. PanAmsat is also authorized to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Control operations for the drift to and
operations at the 92.9° W.L. orbital location.
