The effective dates of the actions are the dates specified. Dismissal 325-RWL-20041117-00012 Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. Since renewal of the Original Permit is no longer needed, Clear Channel Broadcasting (CCB) hereby respectfully requests that the renewal application be dismissed.
