SAT-MOD-20080428-00091 E S2397 Intelsat North America LLC Modification Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/08/2008 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On August 8, 2008, the Policy Branch granted with conditions Intelsat North America LLC.'s request for modification of its Fixed-Satellite Service C-, Ku-, and extended Ku-band space station authorization for the Intelsat 704 satellite to permit it to operate the satellite with an East/West station-keeping tolerance of +/-0.1° SAT-STA-20080530-00117 E Sirius XM Radio Inc. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/13/2008 On August 13, 2008, the Satellite Division granted with conditions special temporary authority to Sirius Satellite Radio, Inc. to operate an indoor terrestrial repeater with an effective isotropically radiated power (EIRP) of up to 200 watts (average) and up to five indoor terrestrial repeaters with an EIRP of 0.0001 watts (average), from August 19, 2008 to January 25, 2009, at various trade shows listed in Exhibit A to the application with the technical parameters set forth in its application.
