Assignment Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/06/2008 Current Licensee: SES Americom, Inc. FROM: SES AMERICOM, INC. TO: SES Satellites (Gibraltar) Limited No. of Station(s) listed: 1 On August 6, 2008, the Satellite Division granted the request of SES Americom, Inc. and SES Satellites (Gibraltar) Ltd. (SES Gibraltar) in connection with the FCC license for the AMC-21 space station. The applicants' request sought approval of an arrangement whereby SES Gibraltar will operate the space station at the 124.9º W.L. orbital location under an authorization from the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority. Upon notice of consummation of the transaction, the Commission will add the AMC-21 space station to the Permitted Space Station List for Fixed Satellite Service (FSS) and FSS Direct-to-Home Service in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SAT-MOD-20080512-00102 E S2389 INTELSAT NORTH AMERICA LLC Modification Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/04/2008 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On August 4, 2008, the Policy Branch granted with conditions Intelsat North America L.L.C.'s (Intelsat's) request for modification of the authorization to operate its C-and Ku-band Intelsat 602 space station. Accordingly, Intelsat is authorized to operate the Intelsat 602 space station at the 177.85º E.L. orbital location using the 3625-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5850-6245 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.00-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
