                                           Satellite Space Applications Accepted for Filing
The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Special Temporary Authority


XM Radio Inc. (XM) requests special temporary authority (STA) to operate for a period of 180 days the Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service
(SDARS) terrestrial repeaters specified in Attachment D to the Consent Decree adopted on July 25, 2008 (FCC 08-177). XM's proposed
operations under the 180-day STA will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Consent Decree.

Special Temporary Authority


Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. (Sirius) requests special temporary authority (STA) to operate for a period of 180 days the Satellite Digital Audio Radio
Service (SDARS) terrestrial repeaters specified in Attachment E to the Consent Decree adopted on July 25, 2008 (FCC 08-176). In accordance
with the Consent Decree, the request filed by Sirius for a 180-day STA to operate the repeaters listed in Attachment F of the Consent Decree is
dismissed such that none of the repeaters listed in Attachment F shall operate if they have not been brought into compliance with the
specifications that they were originally authorized. Sirius's proposed operations under the 180-day STA will be subject to the terms and
conditions of the Consent Decree.
