The effective dates of the actions are the dates specified. 325-RWL-20080505-00002 P Bay City Television, Inc. Renewal Grant of Authority Date Effective: 06/30/2008 UPDATED: APPLICATION GRANTED Public Notice (dated July 31, 2008) to reflect the list of delivery means that were omitted from the previous Public Notice on June 30, 2008. Note the updated information is consistent with information found on the original application for processing. The entire list of delivery means is as follows: Sattellite, terrestrial microwave, fiber link, network area storage (computer network), or leased private or common carrier capacity. Granted on June 30, 2008, subject to conditions, the renewal application for 325 ( c) permit to transmit locally produced news, public affairs programming, other local programming as well as entertainment, and sports to Mexican Television Station XETV (325-RWL-20080505-00002), Channel 6, Tijuana, Mexico (Bay City Television, Inc. The applicant, Bay City Television, Inc. ("Bay City") provides programming and advertising sales service to Mexican television station XETV, which operates in analog mode on Channel 6 and in digital mode on Channel 23 from Mount San Antonio, Tijuana.
