The Commission, by its International Bureau, took the following actions pursuant to delegated authority. The effective
dates of the actions are the dates specified.

APPLICATION GRANTED

Granted on June 30, 2008, subject to conditions, application for 325 (c) permit to deliver programming to Station XEKTT (AM) (also
known as XEPE), Tijuana, BC. This new 325 (c) permit is issued to Broadcast Company of the Americas, LLC and it operates on 1700 kHz
with authorized power of 10 kW day and night, operating non-directionally during the day and directionally with a two tower array, at night.

APPLICATION GRANTED

Granted on June 30, 2008, subject to conditions, the renewal application for 325 (c) permit to provide news, sports and other entertainment
programming to XEPRS (AM) for up to 24 hours per day, seven days per week, except for that airtime retained by the concession holder to
comply with the requirements of Mexican law. XEPRS (AM), Rosarito, B.C. operates on 1090 kHz at 50 kW non-directionally during the
day and at 50 kW with a three tower directional array at night. The programming will be in either Spanish or English.

Granted on June 30, 2008, subject to conditions, the renewal application for 325 ( c) permit to transmit locally produced news, public affairs
programming, other local programming as well as entertainment, and sports to Mexican Television Station XETV
(325-RWL-20080505-00002), Channel 6, Tijuana, Mexico (Bay City Television, Inc. The applicant, Bay City Television, Inc. ("Bay City")
provides programming and advertising sales service to Mexican television station XETV, which operates in analog mode on Channel 6 and
in digital mode on Channel 23 from Mount San Antonio, Tijuana. All programming to be in English.
