The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Intelsat North America LLC has filed an application for modification of the license for the Intelsat 602 satellite. The application seeks authority
to operate Intelsat 602 at the 177.85º E.L. orbital location in an inclined orbit in the 5850-6425 MHz, 14-14.5 GHz, 3625 - 4200 MHz,
10.950-11.200 GHz, and 11.450-11.700 GHz frequency bands. Intelsat also requests that the Part 25 waivers originally granted for the Intelsat
602 in 2000 continue to apply at the 177.85º E.L. orbital location. See Applications of Intelsat LLC for Authority to Operate, and to Further
