SAT-MOD-20080428-00091 E S2397 Intelsat North America LLC Date Filed: 04/28/2008 14:59:54:67000 Modification On March 28, 2008, Intelsat North America LLC filed a modification application seeking a waiver of Section 25.210(j) of the Commission's rules to permit Intelsat to operate its Intelsat 704 satellite with an East/West station-keeping tolerance of +/- 0.1° until the satellite's end of life, which which is expected to be February 2009.
