Special Temporary Authority

On April 29, 2008, the Satellite Policy Branch granted special temporary authority to Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. (Sirius) to increase the power of
fifteen existing terrestrial repeaters to 2 kW equivalent isotropically radiated power (EIRP). Currently, the repeaters are operating at levels
approved by the Commission, ranging from 150 to 800 watts EIRP. Authorization was granted according to the technical parameters specified in
Sirius's application and is subject to conditions.

Special Temporary Authority
Grant of Authority                                                                                                   Effective Date:     04/28/2008



On April 28, 2008, the Satellite Policy Branch granted with conditions special temporary authority to Mobile Satellite Ventures Subsidiary LLC
for 60 days to continue Telemetry, Tracking and Command (TT&C) functions to operate MSAT-2 satellite at the 101.3 W.L. orbital location, and
to continue to operate in the 1530-1559 MHz (Space-to-earth), 1631.5-1660.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.75-10.95 GHz (Space-to-earth),
13.0-13.15 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 13.2-12.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical
specifications set forth in the application, the attachment to the grant, and the Commission's rules.
