Nature of Service:       Mobile Satellite Service


On April 2, 2008, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, New ICO Satellite Services G.P.’s (New ICO) applications to modify its 2 GHz
MSS Spectrum Reservation. New ICO is now authorized to operate the ICO-G1 satellite at the 92.85º W.L. orbital location using the 2000-2020
and 2180-2200 MHz frequency bands, and the 29.25-30.0 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 18.55 -18.8/19.7-20.2 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands
for feeder link transmissions and for on-station Tracking, Telemetry, and Control (TT&C) transmissions at 29.9955 GHz and 29.9995 GHz
(command), and 20.1965 GHz and 20.1985 GHz (telemetry).

On April 2, 2008, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the New ICO Satellite Services G.P.’s (New ICO) applications to modify its 2
GHz Mobile Satellite Service (MSS) Spectrum Reservation. New ICO’s Spectrum Reservation is modified to reflect an extension of its
milestones to launch its satellite, ICO G-1, at the 92.85° W.L. orbital location from November 30, 2007 to April 15, 2008 and its final milestone
requiring it to certify that its entire system is operational from December 31, 2007 to May 15, 2008.

The FCC has taken the administrative action of listing this request as granted. The request sought continuation of operations of the EchoStar 6
satellite first authorized in File No. SAT-STA-20060303-00023. The EchoStar 6 satellite was operated during the requested period pursuant to
Section 1.62 of the Commission's rules, subject to the conditions specified in the original authorization. This action is without prejudice to action
on any pending request for current operations.
