SAT-AMD-20071130-00167 S2651 New ICO Satellite Services G.P.
On April 3, 2008, New ICO Satellite Services G.P. filed a motion to withdraw an application that it had filed on November 30, 2007 to
request modification of its 2GHz MSS spectrum reservation. The application for modification requested blanket authority to construct and
operate base station facilities for an ancillary terrestrial component (ATC). New ICO requests withdrawal of the application for reasons of
administrative convenience, in view of the fact that it is requesting ATC authority in another pending application in which it also requests
blanket authority for mobile terminal operation (SES-LIC-20071203-01646, as amended by SES-AMD-20080118-00075 and
SES-AMD-20080219-00172).

EchoStar 6 as a U.S.-licensed satellite serving the U.S. at the 77° W.L. orbital location. The request is granted.

SAT-STA-20080311-00069 EchoStar Corporation
On April 14, 2008, EchoStar Corporation filed a request to withdraw its application for special temporary authority for 30 days to relocate
the EchoStar 6 satellite from 110° W.L. to 77° W.L. orbital location, using frequencies for telemetry, tracking and command in the

INFORMATIVE
SAT-STA-20070418-00061 S2232 EchoStar Satellite Operating L.L.C.
The FCC has taken the administrative action of listing this request as granted. The request sought continuation of operations of the
EchoStar 6 satellite first authorized in File No. SAT-STA-20060303-00023. The EchoStar 6 satellite was operated during the requested
