On April 4, 2008, the Satellite Policy Branch granted special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc. to operate the AMC-2 satellite within a
station-keeping range of 0.15 degrees of longitude between 100.90º W.L. and 101.05º W.L. for a period of sixty days, pending disposition of an
application for modification of the license for AMC-2 to authorize such operation for the duration of the license term (File No.
SAT-MOD-20080124-00030, as amended by SAT-AMD-20080311-00070) and subject to certain conditions.
