The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20080311-00063 E S2134 SES Americom, Inc. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 04/04/2008 On April 4, 2008, the Satellite Policy Branch granted special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc. to operate the AMC-2 satellite within a station-keeping range of 0.15 degrees of longitude between 100.90º W.L. and 101.05º W.L. for a period of sixty days, pending disposition of an application for modification of the license for AMC-2 to authorize such operation for the duration of the license term (File No. SAT-MOD-20080124-00030, as amended by SAT-AMD-20080311-00070) and subject to certain conditions.
