On March 4, 2008, the Satellite Policy Branch granted special temporary authority to Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. (Sirius) to operate an indoor
terrestrial repeater with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of up to 200 watts (average) and up to five indoor terrestrial repeaters
with an EIRP of 0.0001 watts (average) at the Electronic House Expo in Orlando, FL, from March 11-15, 2008, according to the technical
parameters specified in its application, and subject to conditions.

Nature of Service:       Mobile Satellite Service


On February 28, 2008, the Policy Branch granted with conditions Mobile Satellite Ventures Subsidiary LLC (MSV’s) request for special
temporary authority (Call Sign: AMSC-1). Accordingly, MSV is authorized for a period of 60 days commencing on February 28, 2008 to
conduct telemetry, tracking and control functions necessary to drift to and operate its Mobile Satellite Service satellite, MSAT-2 (a.k.a. AMSC-1),
at the 101.3º W.L. orbital location and operate in the 1530-1559 MHz (Space-to-earth), 1631.5-1660.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.75-10.95 GHz
(Space-to-earth), 13.0-13.15 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 13.2-13.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands during the drift and while at the 101.3º
W.L. in accordance with previously authorized technical specifications for MSAT-2 for operational parameters (other than orbital location), the
attachment to grant, and the Commission’s rules.
