Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 02/28/2008 On February 28, 2008, the Satellite Policy Branch granted special temporary authority (STA) to Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. to operate a terrestrial repeater with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of up to 200 watts (average) at the Chrysler headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI, during the period of February 28, 2007, through March 21, 2008, according to the technical parameters specified in its application and subject to conditions.
