Amendment

ATCONTACT Communications, LLC (ATCONTACT) requests authority to relocate its authorized satellite from its current location at 83° W.L.
to the 87.2° W.L. orbital location. ATCONTACT will continue to operate in its authorized frequencies 28.6-29.1 GHz (uplink) and 18.8-19.3
GHz (downlink) at the 87.2° W.L. orbital location. ATCONTACT seeks a waiver of 47 C.F.R. § 25.114(d)(3) (requiring predicted antenna gain
contour plots). ATCONTACT also seeks to use the 18.3-18.8 GHz (downlink), 19.7-20.2 GHz (downlink), 28.35-28.6 GHz (uplink), and
29.25-30.0 GHz (uplink) frequency bands at this location. See SAT-MOD-20070924-00130.

Modification

SES Americom requests modification of its license for the AMC-2 Fixed-Satellite Service space station to reassign the spacecraft from the 85º
W.L. orbital location to 101º W.L. SES Americom seeks authority to operate the TT&C and communications payloads on AMC-2 once it has
arrived at 101º W.L. in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-Space) C-band and the 11.7-12.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-Space) Ku-band. SES Americom also seeks authority to perform TT&C in those bands while
relocating AMC-2 to 101º W.L. SES Americom requests a limited waiver of Section 25.114(d)(3) (requiring predicted antenna gain contour
