operate a terrestrial repeater at power levels at or below 2 kW EIRP, at weekly PGA Tour events occurring a various locations from January 28,
2008 through July 6, 2008, as set forth in Exhibit A to its application.

On January 25, 2008, the Policy Branch granted with conditions PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s request for special temporary authority to operate the
SBS-6 satellite's Tracking, Telemetry, and Command (TT&C) functions necessary to drift to and operate at the 80.90° W.L. orbital location for a
period of 30 days commencing on January 28, 2008, using the following TT&C frequencies: 14003 MHz (horizontal polarization) and 14497
MHz (vertical polarization), for command operations; and 12195 MHz (vertical polarization), 12198 MHz (vertical polarization), 12195 MHz
(horizontal polarization) and 12198 MHz (horizontal polarization). This authorization is subject to the terms, conditions, and technical
specifications set forth in PanAmSat's application, the attachment to grant and the Commission's rules.

On January 25, 2008, the Satellite Policy Branch granted with conditions PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s request for special temporary authority
(STA) for a period of 30 days beginning February 8, 2008, to operate the satellites Tracking, Telemetry, and Command functions necessary to
draft the Galaxy 17 from 74.05 degrees W.L. to 73.95 degrees W.L., using the following TT&C frequencies 5925.5 MHz (LHCP), 6424.5 MHz
(RHCP), 5925.5 MHz (H) and 6424.5 MHz (V); 4197.125 MHz (H), 4197.125 MHz (LHCP), 4198.875 MHz (H) and 4198.875 (RHCP).

On January 25, 2008, the Policy Branch granted with conditions PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s request for a special temporary authority for a period
of 21 days, commencing on January 24, 2008, to continue to operate the Galaxy 17 satellite (Call Sign: S2715) in the 5925-6425 MHz
(Earth-to-space) and 3700-4200 MHz (space to-Earth) conventional C-band frequencies, and in the 14.0- 14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 1
1.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) conventional Ku-band frequencies. These operations are authorized in accordance with the terms, conditions, and
technical specifications set forth in its request, the attachment to grant, and the Commission's rules.
