These applications are not subject to the streamlined processing procedures set forth in Section 63.12 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 63.12. These applications shall not be deemed granted until the Commission affirmatively acts upon the application, either by public notice or by written order. Operation for which authorization is sought may not commence except in accordance with any terms or conditions imposed by the Commission. Unless otherwise specified, interested parties may file comments with respect to these applications within 28 days of the date of this public notice. ITC-T/C-20071219-00513 E GMPCS Personal Communications, Inc. Transfer of Control Current Licensee: GMPCS Personal Communications, Inc. FROM: Mobsat Holding Norway AS TO: Network Innovations Inc. Application for consent to transfer control of international section 214 authorization, ITC-214-20001219-00728, held by GMPCS Personal Communications, Inc. (GMPCS) from Mobsat Holding Norway AS to Network Innovations Inc. (NII). Under the proposed transaction, NII's direct, wholly-owned subsidiary, Network Terracom, Inc. (NTI), will purchase all of the outstanding shares of capital stock of GMPCS. GMPCS will thereafter become a direct, wholly-owned subsidiary of NTI and an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of NII. NII is organized under the laws of Canada. The shareholders of NII that hold 10% or more of its direct equity or voting interests are 642111 Alberta Inc., a Canadian holding company (50%), and Timothy Harkema, a Canadian citizen (50%).
