The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Amendment


New ICO Satellite Services G.P (New ICO) filed an amendment to its pending milestone extension application (SAT-MOD-20070806-00110).
In its amendment, New ICO requests an extension of its remaining milestone dates for launching its geostationary orbit satellite, ICO G1, and for
commencing operation of its 2 GHz mobile satellite service (MSS) system. Specifically, ICO seeks to extend its launch milestone date from
November 30, 2007 to April 15, 2008 and its final milestone requiring it to certify that the entire system is operational from December 31, 2007
to May 15, 2008.
