Granted on November 20, 2007, subject to conditions, the amended application for 325 (c) permit to deliver programming to XESPN-AM,
Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. The station XESPN-AM operates on frequency 800 kHz with authorized power of 500 watts daytime
only. The station is licensed to C. Mario Mayans Concha, legal representative for Cadena Baja California d/b/a Radio Ochenta, S.A.
