Nature of Service:      Fixed Satellite Service


On November 2, 2007, the Policy Branch granted with conditions PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s request, to operate the Intelsat 11 satellite's (Call
Sign: S2237) Tracking, Telemetry, and Command (TT&C) functions at the 43.2° W.L. orbital location for period of 30 days commencing on
November 3 using the following TT&C frequencies: center frequencies 13246.5 MHz (horizontal polarization) and 13995.5 MHz (vertical
polarization), each with a bandwith of 1000 mhz, for command operations; and at the center frequencies 11448 MHz (horizontal polarization) and
11449 MHz (horizontal polarization), each with a bandwidth of 500 mhz, for telemetry operations. This grant is subject to the terms, conditions,
and technical specifications set forth in PanAmSat's application and the attachment to grant, and the Commission's rules.
