The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20070907-00122 E Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/30/2007 On October 30, 2007, the Policy Branch granted special temporary authority to Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. (Sirius) to operate an indoor terrestrial repeater with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of up to 200 watts (average) and up to five indoor repeaters with EIRP of up to 0.0001 watts at various trade shows taking place from November 2007 through February 2008, according to the technical parameters specified in its application and subject to conditions. INFORMATIVE SAT-MOD-20050511-00097 S2348 ORBIMAGE License Corp. The Bureau has determined that Orbimage License Corp. has met the first three milestones, Contract Execution, Critical Design Review, and Construction Commencement, of four milestones associated with this authorization and may reduce the bond amount by 25% for each milestone met.
