The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

On September 28, 2007, Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. (Sirius) requested special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to operate fifteen new
satellite digital audio radio service (SDARS) terrestrial repeaters at power levels at or below two kilowatts equivalent isotropically radiated power
(EIRP) (average) in the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX: Houston, TX; New York, NY; St. Louis, MO; Tampa, FL; and
Orlando, FL. Sirius states that these additional repeaters are necessary for the provision of high-quality commercial SDARS programming
nationwide.

in-orbit testing of Horizons 2 at the 67.5 W.L. orbital location in the conventional Ku-bands 14000-14500 MHz (earth-to-space) and
11700-12200 MHz (space-to-earth), before relocating the satellite to its permanent location of 74.05 W.L.
