On September 28, 2007, the Satellite Division granted Intelsat North America LLC Special Temporary Authority (STA), for a period of 60 days,
to operate Tracking, Telemetry, Command, and Monitoring functions during the drift of the Intelsat 601 satellite (Call Sign 2392) from its current
location at 63.65' E.L. to 47.5'E.L.

Nature of Service:       Fixed Satellite Service


On October 9, 2007, the Policy Branch granted with conditions PanAmSat's request, to conduct in-orbit testing and tracking, telemetry and control
operations for the Intelsat 11 satellite (Call Sign: S2237) at the 47.5° W.L. orbital location in the 12.75-13.25 GHz (Earth-to-space), 13.75-14.0
GHz (Earth-to-space) and 10.7-11.45 GHz (space-to-Earth) extended Ku-band frequencies for a period of 30 days, commencing October 9, 2007.

Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004).

This determination is without prejudice to any action on File No. SAT-MOD-20060306-00024.
