(Sirius) request for special temporary authority (STA) to operate an indoor terrestrial repeater with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of up to 200 watts (average) and up to five indoor repeaters with EIRP of up to 0.0001 watts at the International Boat Builders' Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) in Miami Beach, FL, from October 10-12, 2007, and at the SEMA automotive specialty products trade show in Las Vegas, NV, from October 30-November 2, 2007, according to the technical parameters specified in its application, subject to conditions. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/14/2007 Nature of Service: Earth Exploration Satellite Service On September 14, 2007, the Policy Branch granted DG Consents Sub, Inc., special temporary authority (STA) SAT-STA-20070914-00126. Accordingly, DG Consents IS AUTHORIZED, for a period of 30 days commencing September 18, 2007.
