The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SURRENDER SAT-LOA-20070209-00028 S2732 ViaSat, Inc. On August 15, 2007, ViaSat, Inc. surrendered its Ka-band authorization (Call Sign S2732) at the 115.2° W.L. orbital location. See Letter from John P. Janka, Legal Counsel, Latham & Watkins LLP, to Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, dated August 15, 2007. Accordingly, the 18.3-18.8 GHz, 19.7-20.2 GHz (Space-to-earth) and the 28.35-28.6 GHz, and 29.25-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequencies previously assigned to ViaSat at the 115.2° W.L. orbital location are now available for reassignment.
