The Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. SAT-MOD-20070806-00110 E S2651 New ICO Satellite Services G.P. Date Filed: 08/06/2007 15:07:02:63000 Modification New ICO Satellite Services G.P. (ICO), filed a request for a six-week extension of the remaining milestone dates for launching its geostationary orbit satellite, ICO G1, and for commencing operation of its 2 GHz mobile satellite service (MSS) system. Specifically, ICO seeks to extend its launch milestone date from November 30, 2007 to January 15, 2008 and its final milestone requiring it to certify that entire system is operational from December 31, 2007 to February 15, 2008.
